Couples Therapy Intensives

Rebuild Trust. Rediscover Each Other. Recommit to What Matters.

Introduction

When life gets complicated, relationships often do too. I offer focused, evidence-based therapy intensives for couples who need more than what weekly therapy can offer. Whether you’re navigating infidelity, disconnection, or at a crossroad moment.

Together, we’ll slow down, tune in, and do the deep work your relationship deserves.

Is This For You? (Why an Intensive?)

✔️ You don’t have the time or bandwidth for weekly sessions
✔️ You’re facing urgent issues (like betrayal or major life transitions)
✔️ You feel stuck in painful patterns that won’t budge
✔️ You’re ready to commit to real change, quickly and deeply

What to Expect

- A 90-minute Zoom assessment session before we begin
- 1-2 days of deep, focused therapy
- Daily sessions lasting 3–5 hours (with breaks)
- In-person in Boulder, CO or virtual via secure telehealth
- Integration tools and personalized follow-up recommendations

My Approach

Evidence-Based, Emotionally Grounded

  • For over two decades, I’ve helped couples move through heartbreak, gridlock, and emotional distance toward deeper connection and understanding.

  • I draw from emotionally focused and integrative behavioral approaches to help partners find their way back to each other, not by avoiding what’s hard, but by turning toward what matters.

  • Real change happens when we make space for difficult emotions, show up with courage, and re-align with the kind of relationship we want to build, even when it’s uncomfortable.

Modalities Used
